Within 24 hours of the call, you get a written quote with fixed price, fixed scope, fixed timeline. No estimates that turn into surprises. If you want changes, we revise once and resubmit.
Quote signed, deposit invoiced. We set up your project workspace, share access for content collection, and you can see updates as we build. You meet your project contact (one of us, no middlemen).
First version goes up on a private staging URL within 5-7 business days. You see real working pages, not a design mockup. Two rounds of revisions are standard. We integrate Google Business, set up analytics, and run final performance and SEO checks. By the end of week two, it's launch-ready.
We point the domain, ship the site, and watch the rollout. You get keys: domain registrar, hosting account, code repo, admin login. Everything in your name. No platform lock-in, no hostage situations.
If you're on the monthly plan, we handle hosting, updates, minor content changes, and emergencies. If you're not, you've still got us on text for the occasional question. Either way, we're not gone after launch.
